| A large number of Tribal youth boys girls have intake skill and talent which need orientation and training. Ekalavya Foundation has taken the task bridging this gap. In this direction, the Foundation has decided to train Tribal girls in Zardozi work of Adilabad district were identified and brought to Hyderabad in October 2006 and were given training for six months. 32 girls completed the training successfully. After completion, they returned to their native villages and commenced the Zardozi work at a working center at Jainoor, their Mandal Headquarter. They earn a monthly income of Rs. 1,500-2,000 each in the first year. In second year, their monthly income may go up to Rs. 2,000-2,500. |

| As a part of providing livelihood support to Tribal and other downtrodden families in Adilabad District, the foundation had identified 100 women who had inclination towards tailoring and after organizing 45 and 90 days training gave each of them a sewing machine |
