The foundation is instrumental in organizing regular eye camps in collaboration with government and other organizations through its health coordinators and village level workers since. It has conducted 21 eye camps and 4394 people including 2336 women got their eyes checked/treated from 198 villages in the agency area in Adilabad district till 31st May 2009. Of them 2000 including 1041 men were given free spectacles. A total of 178 women out of 329 patients were identified for operation for rectification of their eyes. 1753 students including 949 girls also got their vision tested and remedial process were adopted in need. |

Ekalavya foundation is also instrumental in identifying the patients suffering with limbs problem and takes them to Hyderabad where they are provided with free artificial ‘Jaipur limbs’ since 2007. Nine persons including 3 women were given artificial limbs in 2008-09. |

It also identifies babies with cleft lip problems and takes them to Hyderabad for free operation since 2007. In 2008-09 it helped 23 patients to get cleft lip problem operated. |

During the break up of chikungunia, the Foundation distributed homeopathic medicine to villages and 30,000 students. |

In schools the Foundation has started Homeopath system of medicine to combat common diseases and for the purpose it has distributed drug-kits to teachers in about 100 schools after providing them necessary training. |
