| The Foundation formed Yuva Jyothi Committees in the nine gram Panchayats. A yuva Jyothi committee consists of dynamic youth of the GP representing all the hamlets under it. Yuva Jyothi committee becomes the nodal point for various developmental activities with an aim to improve standards of the GP in all aspects. The committee meticulously studies issues relating to drinking water, sanitation, ecology, education and finds ways and means to solve them. The committee plans infrastructural facilities of the GP and pursues the same with relevant departments of the Government. The committee also works towards promoting awareness among the people about the importance of savings. In addition to encourage sports and games in the GP, the committee coordinates traditional cultural arts. In a nut-shell, the committee works towards inculcating greater awareness for better living. |
